Eye vitamins for floaters

It's a fact of life. More and more middle aged Americans experience vision impairment of some form or another from simple inability to read fine print to cataracts, which affects more than 65 million Americans. Some have even more serious eye conditions like macular degeneration, and glaucoma, the leading cause of vision impairment in the United States today.
Eye floaters are small speck-like substances that become visible to the eye, when the vitreous liquid in the eye changes due to age. You can see them when you blink or rotate your eyes. Initially, they will follow your eye movement, but afterwards they lag behind and then come to a halt, seconds after the eye stops moving.
There are no magical cures for floaters--only prevention for making more of them. Floaters are caused by a micro hemorrhage of the blood vessels in the back of the eye--when the bleeding contracts, the blood clot floats within the vitreous humor of the eye. After a time, the body adapts to the floater and is not consciously seen unless the person concentrates to see it. So "they" say.
Eye surgery for glaucoma and other conditions can lead to cataract formation. Certain health conditions like diabetes can also cause cataracts, occasionally very rapidly and in some instances also rapidly reversible. Unfortunately, they are usually permanent. Prescription steroid medications used long term can result in cataract development. Traumatic cataracts result after serious eye injuries but usually will not progress over time like age related cataracts.
Since eye floaters are such a common occurrence in our lives, why do we place such high importance on it? Perhaps the inconvenience of seeing something loom into our vision at an unexpected moment justifies a reason to rid ourselves of this nuisance. For more severe cases, our independence becomes seriously affected as we are clinically labeled as a visually impaired person.
Cut Down on Sport Activities - Risky sports such as boxing, wrestling or karate makes you prone to injuries that can cause a blow to your head or eye, which can in turn result in eye floaters.
Exercise is a great method to prevent eye floaters. Although there's no direct relation between these two elements, exercise brings about healthy bodies which inadvertently relieves us of ailments. Since some medications for these ailments are causes of floaters, by relieving ourselves of these drugs are just cause to prevent eye floaters. Being constantly huddled over our computers adds stress to our bodies. Stress manifests itself in various forms, one being the formation of eye floaters.
As perception is unique in each individual case, this type of training can be successful. Sight is a combination of anatomy and perception, after all. The light's stimulation of the retina, and the conversion of this light to electrical energy is the anatomy. When the electrical energy is routed through the brain to the brain centers such as the frontal cortex, it is perception. By exercising mind over matter, one can teach their brain to not notice the floaters.
